Judges will look for:

• be a woman entrepreneur or founder working in the agricultural sector (farming, agri-production, agri-technology, food processing, or supply chain);

• demonstrate measurable results in improving sustainability, productivity, or employment in rural areas;

• show innovation in agricultural methods, eco-friendly production, or digital transformation in farming;

• lead or own a business, cooperative, or social enterprise operating for at least one year;

• be available (if necessary) for a photo shoot (winners only);

• be available to attend the WE Impact Awards Ceremony in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 19 November 2025.

Judges will be seeking evidence of the applicant’s innovative contribution to business and society through technology, creativity, and entrepreneurship, including measurable results and sustainable growth.

Judges will look for:

• be a woman entrepreneur, founder, or co-founder of an innovation-based business or startup;

• demonstrate unique ideas, technologies, or products that address real market or social needs;

• show evidence of business growth, investment, or scalability of the startup;

• apply innovation to promote sustainability, inclusivity, or digital transformation;

• lead or manage a startup that has been operational for at least one year;

• be available (if necessary) for a photo shoot (winners only);

• be available to attend the WE Impact Awards Ceremony in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 19 November 2025.

Judges will be seeking evidence of the applicant’s contribution to industrial and business development through effective leadership, innovation, and sustainable growth, including measurable impact on productivity and employment.

Judges will look for:

• be a woman entrepreneur, owner, or executive leading an industrial or commercial enterprise;

• demonstrate strong leadership and excellence in business management;

• show measurable results in business growth, productivity, and market competitiveness;

• apply innovative or sustainable practices within the company’s operations;

• contribute to job creation, gender equality, or empowerment of women in the workplace;

• be available (if necessary) for a photo shoot (winners only);

• be available to attend the WE Impact Awards Ceremony in Baku, Azerbaijan,on 19 November 2025.

Judges will look for:

• be a woman entrepreneur aged 30 or under at the time of application;

• have founded or currently lead a business, startup, or social enterprise;

• demonstrate creativity, resilience, and strong vision in business development;

• show measurable results in growth, innovation, or community impact;

• contribute to empowering other young women through leadership or mentoring;

• be available (if necessary) for a photo shoot (winners only);

• be available to attend the WE Impact Awards Ceremony in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 19 November 2025.

• show measurable results improving community well-being, equality, or sustainability;

• apply innovative solutions addressing societal challenges and long-term change;

• actively support inclusion, empowerment, or education of women and vulnerable groups;

• be available (if necessary) for a photo shoot (winners only);
